CHL is formed in recognition of the need for cost-effective, easy-to-use database systems in Social Care. It is the company's aim to research and develop a portfolio of systems that will help those in the front-line of social care to deliver services to client groups includingAdopters and foster carers, children in need of adoption and foster placement, adults with learning disabilities, adults and children who require specialist aids and equipment, orange badge holders, elderly people in residential and day care, people with mental health problems.
