VSS enables the input of information on victims’ referrals and of their progress through the Criminal Injuries Compensation process. working on a Client database system to store information
about children and parents.
Built around the Sure Start Aims, Objectives and Targets (Public
Service Agreement) , CHL's SureStart System will help
Schemes to gather information about children under 4
and their parents. It will then follow their progress
through the Sure Start programme.
