It's official, August 2013, is the best month ever for Social Care Network (formely known as Computing Help Limited). The FED have said "yes please, as soon as possible" after final tests of internet connectivity at their main site in Prestwich, Greater Manchester. For training administration and HR management you cannot beat ETC. Congratulations everyone for helping August 2013 to be the best month of sales ever… JM

August is becoming the best month in our history as CHARMS starts its journey at Wakefield Council witha Business Analysis day with the adoption team. It was an excellent day and everyone is excited about the training to follow... JM

After an interactive, enjoyable demo in SE24 Banya Fostering made the decision to use CHARMS to help manage their fostering records. CHARMS is the market leader in the UK and our new friends at Banya were reassured that as a significant foster care provider CHARMS would be the best fit for them. It gets even better. Banya Shared Lives saw CHARMS and said Yes! Banya shared lives scheme specialises in providing placements in ordinary family settings for adults with a learning disability (and associated disorders such as autism), complex needs, mental health needs and those who are vulnerable because of language barriers of any other complex situation. The people we offer a service to are both male and female, aged between 18 plus with varying physical and learning abilities. Thank you. JM

August is turning out to be a good month with Amicus Foster Care making the decision to join the CHARMS family. After a couple of enjoyable meetings with the team in Bristol it was agreed that CHARMS and Amicus Foster Care were meant for each other. Welcome on board. JM
