"At CHARMS™ we strive to engage in a meaningful way with all stakeholders, including practitioners, administrators. managers, directors, foster carers, adopters, children looked after, parents and other family members. Our backlog of developments are entirely based on user suggestions and we consult on a daily basis to ensure that all CHARMS™ users have a voice in its development. This Government guidance is timely given that a report from council leaders finds practitioners spending less than 20% of time with children and families due to excessive record keeping and inefficient IT systems."
