A warm welcome to newest CHARMS™ customer, EliAli MPC Ltd!
In their own words, EliAli is 'an independent organisation established to provide targeted life opportunities to vulnerable young people to enhance their prospects of living as independent a life as they possibly can within an
enabling and homely supported environment'.
We recently trained all Sefton New Direction's carers to ensure that they would understand how to use CHARMS™ effectively. For the first time in 18 months we were face to face with our users and the training was a huge success.
Sefton New Directions are one of the most active organisations in the UK offering a Shared Lives service. Our CHARMS™ software enables Shared Lives providers to continue to work the way they always have and enhances their ability to record and report. As a result we closely support our users with training, help and updates on a continuous basis.
